At KB Visa Consultants, we value transparency and client trust. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be applicable for our immigration and visa consultancy services.
1. Consultancy Fee – Non-Refundable
All fees paid to KB Visa Consultants for consultancy, document preparation, application review, and advisory services are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the visa outcome. This includes:
- Counselling or consultation charges
- Visa process guidance
- Application preparation and submission support
- Administrative or processing charges
Once services are initiated, resources are allocated, and work begins on your case — hence, no refund will be issued.
2. Government/Embassy Fees
- Fees paid directly to government bodies, embassies, or third-party portals (e.g., VFS, IELTS, WES, etc.) are not controlled by us and are non-refundable under any circumstance.
- Any refund claim for such fees must be pursued with the respective authority or platform.
3. Visa Rejection
We do not offer refunds in cases where a visa application is rejected by the embassy or consulate, as decision-making is beyond our control. However, we may provide re-application guidance or appeal support, depending on the case.
4. Change of Mind / Cancellation by Client
If a client chooses to discontinue the process after registration, no refund will be provided for the amount already paid. It is the client’s responsibility to understand the service scope before making payment.
5. Duplicate Payment
In the event of an accidental duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded upon request, after verifying the transaction with our accounts team. Processing time: 7–10 business days.
6. Service Substitution
If a client is found to be ineligible for a particular visa program after internal assessment, we may offer to transfer the fee to an alternate immigration program or country (if available and agreed upon), but refunds will not be processed.
7. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for delays, cancellations, or changes due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Government policy changes
- Global pandemics
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
